About me

Mona Mehta is the Global Head of Employment Law at SentinelOne.  She has over 10 years of legal experience -- both as a litigator and in house. Prior to her current role, Mona served as Senior Global Employment Counsel at Revlon Inc. and as Founding Member of Until There Are Nine. With a background in litigation and a focus on employment disputes, Mona has a wealth of experience counseling on employment matters for various companies and educational institutions. Mona holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.  In her free time, she loves to work out, travel, eat at new restaurants, and host games and debate nights with friends.  Mona is happy to offer insight into how to navigate the corporate world and how best to position oneself for success.
