Throughout my career in advertising operations and production, I have always seen my success through helping teams, organizations and individuals to achieve their goals so the transition to coaching was very natural. People tend to immediately trust me with the things they are afraid to say out loud and I feel honored to create a safe and confidential space to help them gain perspective and clarity of how to move forward. As an advertising professional, I have managed teams of various sizes in both large and small organizations across the US and globally. As a coach, I have worked with people at all levels from entry level to senior leaders across various organization types including advertising agencies, design firms, small business owners, and military to civilian transitions. I split my time between New York and Florida, but what I enjoy most is traveling the world, meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and, above all, spoiling my dogs.
