A few lessons that have shaped my career and interest in mentoring: - Surround yourself by a positive and supportive network (family, friends, mentors and sponsors). They are willing, helpful and powerful. - Aligning (and applying) your values and motivations to your career/role is tremendously enriching. - Success is non-linear and not final.
